Albany - Print Production Assistant/Installer
Job Description: As a print production assistant/installer, your job is to manage the production of drawings and graphics in-house and install printed vinyl graphics at customer locations. The job also requires some familiarity with specific printers, scanners and copiers, but these are not skills you are expected to know at your time of hire. Your main task is to maintain a healthy production schedule while making sure our final product meets the expectations of our customers and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate digital print equipment
- Review job tickets, prep files, and ensure correct print settings
- Monitor print quality, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality control
- Trim, bind, laminate, and finish printed materials as needed
- Manage print inventory and supply levels
- Maintain a clean and organized print production are
- Install various types of vinyl signs, including interior and exterior signage, window and vehicle decals.
- Utilize general maintenance skills to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Safely operate tools and equipment required for sign installation and repair.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Previous experience and knowledge of print processes within the industry is a plus
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
- Detail-oriented – focused on quality and precision

We’re growing fast and looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Rochester region – someone hungry to build strong client relationships, offer smart marketing solutions, and bring fresh energy to our local outreach.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across Rochester and surrounding areas
- Build relationships with marketing, operations, and procurement contacts across key sectors
- Promote our full range of services including signage, print, apparel, promo goods, and our online ThiinkHUB store
- Collaborate with in-house design, customer service, and production teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings to represent the brand
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting using HubSpot
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in a B2B sales or business development role (print or marketing experience is a bonus)
- A confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing your own schedule
- Based in or around Rochester, with a solid understanding of the Upstate NY market
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
